My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were rundown and in need of repair, the smell of cigarette smoke lingered, and construction noise disrupted my sleep. On the bright side, the front desk agent was rude and impatient. The location was excellent with easy access to nearby amenities, but the overall experience was marred by the disappointing service and uninviting rooms.
